Development & Impact — As Photo Lead I led the development of Mailchimp’s first formal photography guidelines, a 46-page resource that defined the brand’s photographic style across campaigns, product, and editorial. Partnering closely with designers and creative leadership, I authored the text, curated visual examples, and established standards that ensured imagery was consistent, creative, and rights-compliant. The guide was adopted company-wide and shared with external partners, becoming a foundational tool for Mailchimp’s visual identity.
