Mailchimp Brand Refresh + Wink Systems Site — Development + Impact
As part of Wink, Mailchimp’s in-house creative agency, I led the photographic direction of Mailchimp’s 2023 Brand Refresh. My role focused on shaping a bold, colorful, and authentic photography style rooted in real-world environments and customer storytelling. To ensure consistent application, I worked alongside creative design leads on the Wink Systems Site, providing photography direction, recommendations, and oversight across sections, and authoring the photography-specific guidance. Together, these projects established Mailchimp’s refreshed visual identity and gave both internal teams and freelance partners the tools to execute it with clarity.
